Our Story

I'm a mum of two. Before that, I grew up in a home that wasn't easy, my family moved schools more times than I can count, and things at home were often chaotic, this moulded me into a person who sought spaces of calm, both internally & externally. 

My parents are Chinese and Vietnamese, and my grandpa was a TCM practitioner. I grew up hearing "eat this, it'll warm you up" and "eat that, it'll cool you down" long before I understood what any of it meant. Looking back, that's probably where my belief that healing isn't just physical, it's also about how you're cared for started.

After having my kids, life got hard in a different way. Somewhere in the middle of the stress and the sleepless nights, I looked in the mirror one day and didn't recognise the woman looking back.

That's when I found UpGrace.

Through experiencing the treatments and using the products on myself, I felt like me again. Not longer after, I took the business over, because I wanted every mum who walked through that door to feel exactly what I felt.

Coming from years in luxury spas, I believe results and relaxation were never meant to be separate things. So that's how we do things here: we slow down first. We make you feel comfortable and cared for. And then we get to work with advanced treatments; HydraFacial, Dermapen 4 Skin Needling, Jet Plasma, plus pregnancy & post partum massage, because I know first hand how much that transition into motherhood deserves care.

I've taught my whole team the same way. Relaxation first, results second, and above everything, making sure every woman who walks in here feels seen, cared for, and revitalised.
