Stretches and traction are applied to leave your body feeling energised. Techniques combine Traditional Thai, Deep Tissue & Remedial Massage.
Journey into deepening your sense of touch and smell with this face + Scalp massage. Using myofascial techniques to lift fine lines and brighten skin. Next, a tension relieving massage to melt away any stress held in the face. Finishing with a hot oil scalp massage and warm towel. Perfect if you suffer from TMJ, chronic headaches and/or migraines.
Sculpt your jaw and cheeks while easing the tension caused by tight jaw muscles and constant headaches. This treatment relaxes muscles inside the mouth, which are rarely focused on during massage but bring great benefit when released.

Remedial Massage commences with a thorough assessment of posture, muscle and joint structures. Please note, consultation can be up to 15min. After giving birth, your body may feel very tired & achey. This treatment has been curated to support you through your newborn days. Ease your tension with your choice of massage, focused on any areas you feel necessary. You are also able to have baby on the treatment table, if needed.
From 37 weeks gestation, labour preparation begins with a beautiful, supportive massage to support your body as it enters the final stage of pregnancy. This massage includes acupressure, applied to points that correlate to the uterus and help prime the body for labour. Focus is placed on the lower back, hips and pelvic floor, as well as your areas of pain.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses very gentle specialised techniques to move lymph through the lymphatic system. A huge difference can be found in clients who have excess fluid and/or post surgery or post injury. Measurements can be taken before and after treatment to see results.
